About The Role

Are you passionate about aviation security and committed to creating robust security protocols and a strong safety culture throughout our organisation?

In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers, staff, and operations.

Your responsibilities include leading efforts to protect the airline from potential threats, ensuring all security measures—such as airport access control, baggage screening, and in-flight procedures—are effective, up-to-date, and compliant with international and regional standards, including those set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

You should be well-versed in aviation security regulations and have a proven track record of managing crisis situations. Your duties will involve conducting vulnerability assessments, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring all employees are trained on security protocols and emergency response procedures.

This role requires close collaboration with airport authorities, law enforcement, customs, and other airlines to maintain a cohesive security network.
