Job Description

The Director of Residential Marketing at Qiddiya Investment Company is a key leadership role focused on creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that showcase our residential offerings within the vibrant Qiddiya development. This position will lead efforts to attract prospective homeowners, enhance community engagement, and ensure that our residential projects reflect quality, innovation, and the unique lifestyle that Qiddiya promotes.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with Qiddiya's brand vision and objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving sales performance and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans specifically tailored for residential projects to maximize market presence and property sales.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and design, to create cohesive and compelling marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure effective and innovative marketing execution.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, applying data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on residential or real estate marketing.
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results.
• Experience in place and residential visioning and brand development.
• Experience with informing residential design and outcomes.
• Property marketing experience across place and luxury residential assets.
• Adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
