Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Regional Director to oversee our organization’s sales and operational activities within a specific region. This role involves setting and implementing strategic and financial goals, managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of P&L management, enhancing operational procedures, improving business performance, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute the stand-up and operational readiness of an ESP service center in Dammam, KSA.
  2. Engage customer targets and move them through the sales funnel beginning with field trials.
  3. Promote successful channel partnerships to penetrate the market in Oman and other gulf states where direct market entry is not feasible/desirable.
  4. In conjunction with leadership, develop and manage the revenue and EBITDA plan for the region.
  5. Implement new operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  7. Monitor performance and report on financial and operational metrics.
  8. Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to managers and staff within the region.
  9. Handle crisis situations and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  10. Oversee the hiring, training, and development of field service and shop staff within the region.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required

  1. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in international operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven experience in managing multiple locations or branches.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
