Job Description

• Feasibilities and financial models review and risk highlighting
• Providing feasibility inputs to Development team from Asset Management perspective
• Review of 3rd party investment proposals
• Service charge modelling
• Support in the preparation/update of business plan, including coordinating and procuring all related information from the operating assets' team
• Adhoc financial analysis

The Successful Applicant

• In-depth knowledge of strategic Financial Management
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles and Practices
• Knowledge of zakat & Taxation
• Planning and Time Management
• Effective Communication and Human Relations skills. Hands on in Executive reporting and presentations
• Critical Thinking and Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or other closely related field.
• Chartered Accountant, ICAEW, Certified Internal Audit (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Total experience of 12-15 years including 5 years (must) relevant strategic financial management experience in Real estate sector.
