Job description

Our client is a 5* very high end International Chain Resort, located in a stunning beachfront location, in Saudi Arabia.
Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

The resort is still in pre-opening phase.

Role Overview

The Wellness & Spa Director will lead the development and implementation of a holistic wellness program that encompasses spa services, fitness, nutrition, mindfulness practices, and outdoor activities. This leadership role is responsible for promoting a property-wide wellness culture that enhances the overall guest experience, reflecting a commitment to both luxury and personal well-being. The successful candidate will integrate wellness concepts into every aspect of the guest journey, and stay attuned to evolving trends to ensure the resort is positioned as a leader in the wellness sector.

This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Profile

1. High-end luxury resort experience
2. Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation
3. Experience in same or similar position
4. Pre-opening experience is a plus
5. Strong in Wellness & Spa
6. Fluent in English both written and spoken
7. Knowledge of global wellness trends and practices in spa, fitness, and nutrition
8. Fully knowledgeable of spa treatments and products including latest trends
9. Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury resort environment
10. Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience
11. Passionate, dynamic, innovative and creative
12. High level of customer service skill
13. Well presented, healthy, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
14. Strong leadership skills, which include coaching and training abilities and strong motivational skills
15. Pro-active, can-do approach
16. Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation
