Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Director of Talent & Culture to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
  3. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  4. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and develop future leaders through succession planning.
  5. Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to drive employee growth and organizational success.
  6. Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  8. Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.
  10. Manage and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development and high-performance standards.
  11. Develop and oversee the department's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  12. Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation initiatives across the organization.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of labor and employment laws, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
  5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  6. Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  7. Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  9. Demonstrated experience in change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
  10. Knowledge of performance management systems and best practices.
  11. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  13. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  14. Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
