We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Spa to lead our luxury spa operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Director of Spa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our world-class spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance spa operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Lead and inspire a team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute innovative promotional strategies
  • Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce new treatments and services to keep the spa competitive
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and hotel management
  • Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and adherence to local customs in all spa operations
