We are seeking a high-performance Director of Engineering to lead a group of Engineering managers at Mozn.

As a Director of Engineering, your daily workload might include:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a group of Engineering managers, building a culture of collaboration and innovation.
2. Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support career development for managers.
3. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to create engineering objectives that align with business goals.
5. Drive scalable architecture and design solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability of the SaaS product.
6. Ensure best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization are followed.
7. Stay updated with domain trends and technologies, driving innovation in the product's tech stack.
8. Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering and technical work streams.

Requirements:

Our target profile is candidates with...

1. BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science or any related field.
2. 12+ years of software engineering experience, preferably B2B SaaS software.
3. Previous experience in collaboration with Data science teams is preferred.
4. Proven track record of managing and growing other leaders within engineering teams.
5. Proven experience in managing an organizational unit of several independent engineering teams.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
7. Proven expertise in architecting and managing large-scale, complex distributed software systems.
