The Director of Services & Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all corporate service functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across the organization. This includes office operations, administrative services, logistics, events, travel, transportation, vendor management, and general services. The role ensures that all service functions operate in alignment with organizational objectives, service-level expectations, and best practices, contributing to an effective and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations across all corporate locations to ensure smooth business continuity.
- Manage administrative services including office supplies, business cards, ID issuance, and front-of-house services.
- Supervise custodial, cleaning, and office support services, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
- Support Services
- Lead functions including office services, corporate events, meeting support, and employee services.
- Oversee internal events such as workshops, celebrations, executive visits, and F&B coordination.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement to enhance the employee workplace experience.
- Logistics & Space Management
- Oversee office allocation, workspace planning, reconfiguration, and relocation projects.
- Manage inventory, warehouse operations, asset tracking, and stock management.
- Ensure efficient office logistics support for all departments.
- Travel & Transport Management
- Lead corporate travel management including business travel, onboarding travel, expatriate entitlements, and travel agency performance.
- Oversee transportation services including fleet operations, driver schedules, vehicle allocation, and related vendor contracts.
- Ensure travel and transport policies comply with company standards and local regulations.
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage all vendors delivering office services, travel, transport, and logistics services.
- Oversee contract renewals, SLAs, KPIs, purchase orders, invoice validation, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure cost optimization, budget control, and value creation across all services.
- Lead tendering, RFPs, and negotiation processes to secure high-quality services.
- Business Systems, Performance & Governance
- Oversee service management systems.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs and implement action plans for improvement.
- Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Services & Operations team.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, Procurement, and other business units to deliver seamless support services.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Drive a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience
Min. 15 years of progressively senior experience in General Services, Office Operations, HR Operations, Corporate Services, or similar functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of office operations, and corporate support functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract oversight capabilities.
- Understanding of KSA business culture and regulatory environment.

- Ability to manage multi-site operations and fast-paced environments.
