Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and results-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers the chance to lead and shape our sales and marketing strategies, driving growth and strengthening our brand presence in the competitive hospitality industry.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to surpass financial targets, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans for key demand generators in the market.
  • Oversee all sales channels, utilizing on-property resources and above-property sales engines to maximize revenue.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with operational departments to align sales strategies with hotel objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Lead the annual budget planning for the sales and marketing department.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in branding and marketing materials across all customer touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously innovating to stay competitive.
Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of senior sales and marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
