Driving bookings and building strong brand presence is at the heart of our success – and as Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll lead the charge.
We’re looking for a strategic and energetic leader to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that attract guests, grow revenue, and elevate our hotel’s profile. You’ll inspire your team, build relationships, and deliver creative campaigns that truly resonate.


A little taste of your day-to-day:


No two days are the same, but you’ll mostly be:


Leading the sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and business goals


Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns


Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and local communities


Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and guest insights to drive competitive advantage


Collaborating with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall hotel operations and guest experience


Managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to maximize ROI


Representing the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities


What we need from you:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field


Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in hospitality or a related sector


Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities


Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
