The role involves working closely with sales, sales operations, and marketing to ensure alignment across functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experienced in defining and managing similar initiatives, and capable of quickly understanding industry specifics.
The Director of Sales will report to the Sr. Director and indirectly to the CRO. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, collaborating with global leadership, and developing high-impact teams and solutions in a dynamic environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience with sales methodologies, lifecycle, tools, processes, and enhancing salesperson effectiveness. Industry experience is not mandatory but preferred, along with the ability to learn quickly about the industry.
Note: This is a remote position open to candidates in Africa or the MENA Region.
