Job description

Our client is a flagship Media Services Company and part of a large group. Founded in 2004, they partner with global media companies in digitization, restoration, and content enhancement. Their expertise in CGI, Retouching, Video, and Content Services has positioned them as a leader in the fast-moving world of visual content and storytelling.

They are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead business development initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling services related to CGI Stills and motion, marketing collaterals, and advertising. The role will focus on expanding their presence across key industries such as entertainment, retail, events, hospitality, real estate, infrastructure, and digital media. The candidate should also have a strong ability to identify and pursue government projects in sectors where digital content, CGI, and related creative solutions are required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  2. Identify key market opportunities in advertising, CGI, digital transformation, and immersive display solutions.
  3. Regularly update sales forecasts and business plans to maximize revenue potential.

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  1. Identify and engage potential clients within advertising agencies, event management firms, retail brands, real estate developers, hospitality groups, infrastructure projects, and venue operators.
  2. Leverage industry connections to secure new business opportunities in CGI, 3D displays, and marketing collaterals.
  3. Actively pursue and secure government projects that align with the organization's service offerings.
  4. Develop compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs, particularly in sectors undergoing rapid expansion and digitalization in Saudi Arabia.

Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and leverage emerging opportunities.
  2. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends in CGI, 3D visual solutions, advertising, and event branding.
  4. Conduct competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
  5. Provide insights to internal teams on evolving customer needs and emerging opportunities in entertainment, smart city projects, tourism, commercial real estate, and government contracts.
  6. Work closely with production and creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows in Saudi Arabia.
  8. Expand professional networks to unlock new business opportunities, including partnerships in digital media, high-end commercial projects, large-scale events, and government initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of experience in sales, of which preferably half are with GCC.
  2. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  3. Strong industry connections within advertising, event management, infrastructure development, real estate, government projects, and digital content industries will be highly advantageous.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  6. Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
