Qualifications

About the location:

The project will be located within the Corniche District, where both guests and homeowners will be enchanted by views of the Red Sea and Jeddah’s classic architecture, reflecting the city’s 2000 years of history. Key business hubs, the historic area of Al-Balad, the Tahlia Street shopping district and the Formula 1 Jeddah Street circuit will be in close proximity to the upcoming Four Seasons, giving future travelers and residents alike reason to visit and live in the increasingly popular metropolitan destination, also known as New Jeddah Corniche. About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Roomsto join the opening leadership team of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will be responsible for overseeing the full Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and Housekeeping operations, ensuring the seamless execution of luxury guest experiences from the day we open.

As a pre-opening leader, you’ll be tasked with building your department from the ground up — including recruitment, training, and SOP implementation. You’ll be a key contributor to the property’s operational readiness and early success.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Rooms Division team and oversee all operational areas: Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge, and Housekeeping.
  • Ensure full implementation of Four Seasons service standards through strong leadership, coaching, and training.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to service challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities across the Rooms Division.
  • Manage departmental budgets and forecasting for Front Office revenue and expenses.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a consistent and personalized guest journey.
  • Support the development and engagement of your team to build a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within Front Office in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Experience in diverse Rooms Division management roles, with a proven focus on service quality.
  • Previous hotel opening experience is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS, HotSOS, and BirchStreet is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, guest service mindset, and business acumen.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
