We want to upskill our people operations team and make them drivers of change in P&C initiatives. We’re seeking a passionate leader who challenges conventional HR norms and strives to build that 10/5 star experience.
This role is based in the GCC, with frequent travel to stay close to local teams.
Lead and upskill the People Ops team, which includes 15 members across different countries, fostering an empathy-first culture.
Establish a support function for all business units, focusing on benefits management, compliance, governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement in People Ops, including HRM systems and compliance across countries.
Support local teams in setting strategies, ensuring localization of people experience while maintaining Calo's culture.
