About The Role

We are seeking a visionary Operations Leader who is passionate about technology, embraces a global perspective, and can navigate the complexities of the current market. You will inspire innovation within our team and thrive in dynamic environments, adapting strategies to ensure sustained engagement and growth.

Your primary goal will be to establish Nybl as the leading AI solutions provider in the Middle East. You will oversee the entire KSA operations, prioritize efforts across markets, and aim to reach every potential customer in the region.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams. Your leadership will position Nybl as the top choice for AI solutions in the region.

This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact businesses throughout the KSA region.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and lead our vision to reach every potential user in the Middle East with Nybl’s AI solutions.
• Focus on customer needs by listening to users and developing strategies to address their problems.
• Manage the P&L for the region, with a focus on CAC and LTV metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, set ambitious targets, and implement initiatives to achieve them.
• Partner with Marketing to allocate budgets efficiently across online and offline channels to maximize growth.
• Ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency within local laws and regulations.
• Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape in the Middle East and effectively communicate Nybl’s value proposition.

The Skills You'll Need

• 10+ years of experience in AI, SaaS, IaaS, ML, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, inspiring and developing teams.
• Strong business acumen with skills in consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and analytical mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to independently set and execute strategies.
• Passion for learning, teaching, and advancing AI opportunities.
• Fluent in English and native in Arabic.
