Your goal will be to make nybl the leading AI solutions provider in the Middle East. You will oversee KSA operations and prioritize efforts across markets to reach potential customers in the region.

You will develop strategies and execute plans at all levels, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Support teams. Your leadership will position nybl as the top choice for AI solutions regionally.

This role offers the chance to significantly impact businesses across the KSA region.

What you'll do:

• Lead efforts to reach every potential user in the Middle East with nybl’s AI solutions.
• Be customer-focused by listening to users and devising strategies to address their needs.
• Manage the P&L for the region, monitoring CAC and LTV metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, set targets, and implement initiatives.
• Partner with marketing to allocate budgets efficiently across channels to maximize growth.
• Ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency within local laws.
• Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and position nybl’s value proposition effectively.
