A reputed and publicly listed company is seeking a highly polished and strategically minded Investor Relations Director to join their senior leadership team in Jeddah. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and communication, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the nuances of public markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and transparent communication.
- Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, press releases, and other key communications for the market.
- Monitor and interpret market trends, peer performance, and analyst reports to provide insights and recommendations to the C-suite.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and CEO, providing investor feedback and supporting executive communications with the financial community.
- Lead the development of the Annual Report and other statutory investor-facing materials in compliance with CMA and SAMA regulations.
- Ensure all investor communications are clear, accurate, timely, and fully compliant with disclosure regulations.
- Manage a small team and coordinate with internal finance, legal, compliance, and corporate communications departments to align messaging and data.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or related financial functions.
- Proven involvement in an IPO project or experience with a company preparing for or undergoing a listing process.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation, and capital markets.
- CMA certification is a must.
- Familiarity with SAMA regulations, GRC frameworks, and corporate governance practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
- Solid experience working with public companies and engaging with stakeholders at the board and investor level.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate independently with high attention to detail.
- Previous leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor at least one direct report.
