Located at the heart of Madinah, it is near one of the most historic sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role Of Director Of Information Technology

We have an opportunity for a Director of Information Technology to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at the property. You will execute hotel and corporate systems strategies, forecast technology requirements, and plan upgrades to improve system effectiveness.

Your responsibilities include assisting guests with technical issues, providing high levels of service and support, participating in regional systems meetings, ensuring critical systems are available 24/7, establishing security procedures, managing hardware/software lifecycle, preparing IT budgets, and managing maintenance and service contracts, including negotiations and bidding processes.

You will also lead, build, coach, train, and develop a strong team, ensuring our employees feel supported and valued, creating a positive workplace environment for delivering exceptional experiences.

Our Ideal Candidate

Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a Hotel Director of Information Technology and a relevant university/college degree. Strong business management, resource planning, network troubleshooting, and hospitality application knowledge are essential. Previous pre-opening experience is required. Fluency in Arabic and English is also essential. Candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
