Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director ofFinancial Services to build and lead our new accounting services line in Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, has a deep understanding of accounting best practices, and can develop a scalable business model for our new service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Line Development: Build and launch our accounting services practice, defining the business model, pricing, and operational structure.

• Client Service Delivery: Oversee and manage accounting services for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.

• Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a team of accountants to scale operations efficiently.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi accounting and tax regulations, including VAT and Zakat compliance.

• Process Optimization: Implement efficient processes and technology to streamline accounting operations.

• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to refine and expand our service offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a client-facing role at an accounting firm or corporate services provider.

• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s financial regulations, VAT, and Zakat requirements.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a new service line.

• Experience managing accounting teams and client portfolios.

• Familiarity with accounting software and automation tools is a plus.

• CPA, ACCA, SOCPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
