What will I be doing?

The Director of Finance is responsible for understanding and driving the hotel's financial performance and performing all finance activities within policy, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.

The role involves partnering with the General Manager and developing strong relationships across various internal and external stakeholders, including Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centers, Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Finance. The Director of Finance will work closely with all Business Partners to develop best-in-class hotel finance teams and participate in relevant finance development programs.

You will be familiar with the hotel's management agreement and will implement processes to ensure compliance, reporting any issues of non-compliance to your supervisor.
