Job Description

What will I be doing?

The Director of Finance is responsible for understanding and driving the hotel's financial performance and performing all finance activities within the policy, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.

This role involves partnering with the General Manager and developing strong relationships across various internal and external stakeholders, including Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, Shared Service Centers, Owners, and Asset Managers. The Director of Finance works closely with all business partners to develop top-tier hotel finance teams and participates in relevant finance development programs.

The candidate must be familiar with the hotel’s management agreement and implement processes to ensure compliance, reporting any issues of non-compliance to the supervisor.
