Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  1. Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential
  2. Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability
  3. Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales
  4. Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
  5. Leading marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities
  6. Managing daily revenue activities, coaching the revenue and reservations team to deliver their full potential
  7. Performing market analysis and reviewing hotel's pricing strategy, implementing action plans that drive revenue
  8. Managing daily marketing activities, coaching the marketing team to deliver their full potential and achieve marketing goals

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field
  • Two or more years of experience in hospitality as a commercial leader
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends
  • Must speak local language(s)
  • English language proficiency
