Ready to spread the word about our exceptional guest experiences? We’re searching for a Director of Commercial with the strategic nous to help us position our hotel strongly in the market.


A little taste of your day-to-day:

  1. Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential
  2. Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability
  3. Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales
  4. Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
  5. Leading marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities
  6. Manage Daily Revenue activities, coaching the revenue and reservations team to deliver their full potential
  7. Perform market analysis and review hotel's pricing strategy and implement action plans that drive revenue
  8. Manage Daily Marketing activities, coaching marketing team to deliver their full potential and achieve our marketing goals
What We need from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
  • Two or more years of experience in hospitality as a commercial leader
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
  • Must speak local language(s)
  • English language proficiency is required
