Ready to spread the word about our exceptional guest experiences? We’re searching for a Director of Commercial with the strategic acumen to help us position our hotel strongly in the market.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

● Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential

● Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximize profitability

● Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales

● Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance

● Leading marketing efforts to upsell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities

● Managing daily revenue activities, coaching the revenue and reservations team to deliver their full potential

● Performing market analysis and reviewing hotel's pricing strategy, implementing action plans that drive revenue

● Managing daily marketing activities, coaching the marketing team to deliver their full potential and achieve marketing goals

What We need from you:

● Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in marketing or related field

● Two or more years of experience in hospitality as a commercial leader

● Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends

● Must speak local language(s)

● English language proficiency is required
