Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the ICU and ER nursing departments, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
• Staff Development:Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff in critical care settings, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Develop and implement evidence-based protocols and standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and assess nursing performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
