The Corporate Director of Business Development is responsible for driving the growth and development of Al Khozamas Hospitality Division, generating new business opportunities, expanding the brand portfolio, and increasing revenue. They will lead a team of business development professionals and work closely with the Vice President of Hospitality to achieve revenue targets, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the company's reputation in the corporate hospitality market locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with senior management to define business development objectives and priorities.
New Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new markets, industries, and client segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate leads and secure new business partnerships.
- Lead negotiations for new contracts, agreements, and partnerships, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Partnership Development:
- Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and joint venture opportunities to drive growth and expand market reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and develop mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives and maximize value for the company.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives to promote company products and services.
- Provide sales support by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.
Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute plans to expand the company's market presence and penetration in existing and new markets.
- Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities and strategic investments to support business expansion objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
