Job Objective :

We are seeking a strategic and motivated Business Development Director to lead initiatives aimed at attracting new clients, retaining existing ones, and expanding business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive business development strategies, exploring new investment opportunities, and fostering partnerships that align with our company&aposs goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a business development strategy focused on attracting new clients, retaining existing clients, and increasing business with them.
  2. Explore new opportunities for business development and investments.
  3. Attract new partnerships for the company that align with its strategy and objectives.
  4. Attract new investment opportunities that achieve the company&aposs strategic goals and increase annual returns.
  5. Research investment opportunities in government and private tenders and assist technical departments in applying for them.
  6. Package the company&aposs products and study them to identify strengths, weaknesses, and target audiences.
  7. Participate in the preparation of agreements, contracts, and memorandums of understanding related to new investments in collaboration with the legal department and the relevant technical department.
  8. Submit official technical and financial proposals on behalf of the company to external entities.
  9. Prepare, design, and implement marketing programs for the company&aposs products and services across all sectors.
  10. Introduce the company, its programs, and projects during internal and external visits and events.
  11. Prepare and present official technical and financial proposals on behalf of the company to external entities.
  12. Work on setting and achieving the targets established for the Business Development Department regarding the percentage of returns and signed contracts for the company.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development

Education and Specialized Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master&aposs degree preferred
  • Professional certifications in business development and marketing

Internal Relationships:

  • All departments within the company
  • Office of the CEO

External Relationships:

  • Local and international partners
  • Private sector
  • Government sector
