Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from initial identification of a prospect, through scoping requirements to successful contract negotiation and close.
  • Prepare sales pitches & proposals to present at the Director level.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, services, or partnerships.
  • Design and implement sales strategies that ensure we meet our revenue objectives.
  • Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques.
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to.
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
  • Work closely with internal implementation and development teams to develop an implementation approach and quote, and assure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the business development budget and provide accurate forecasting for revenue and profit margins.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build relationships.
  • Report account activity, opportunity status, and other details.
  • Other sales and marketing related activities.
