A leading hotel management corporation in Saudi Arabia seeks a dynamic Director of Business Development to maximize business opportunities and lead MICE operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in sales, proven experience in the hotel industry, and a strong customer-focused attitude, driving results through strategic sales initiatives.

As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for implementing all sales plans and activities, maximizing property business opportunities, and leading the property's MICE business. You will support the implementation of segment sales strategies and aim to achieve segment revenue goals, overall property goals, and guest satisfaction.
This role acts as the main link between the property and the Area Sales Office, conducting all day-to-day sales activities focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to meet sales objectives.
You should hold a degree in sales with at least two years of post-graduate experience, preferably within the hotel industry. Proficiency in computer skills, excellent presentation abilities, and strong communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are advantageous. Candidates must be nationally and internationally mobile.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a guest and service-oriented attitude, proactive approach, and strong drive for results. You should exhibit flexibility, integrity, and professionalism with colleagues and clients.
