We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and implement all business requirements for the organization.
As a Director of Business Development, you are responsible for implementing all sales plans and activities and maximizing the property's business opportunities. You will also lead the property's MICE business, support the implementation of the segment sales strategy, and achieve segment revenue goals, overall property goals, and guest satisfaction.
The role is the main link between the property and Area Sales Office. You will conduct all day-to-day activities related to sales, focusing on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of property sales objectives.
You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years of postgraduate work experience, ideally within the hotel industry. You must be computer literate, possess excellent presentation skills, and have highly sophisticated communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in English. Additional language skills are an asset. You must be nationally and internationally mobile.
The ideal candidate will have a guest- and service-oriented attitude, backed by a proactive approach and a strong drive for results. You should demonstrate flexibility, integrity, and professionalism with colleagues and clients.
