The Director - Infrastructure will:

• Oversee the strategic planning, design, and execution of all infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
• Establish and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring projects meet goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government authorities, to secure approvals and permits.
• Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure infrastructure developments comply with regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate progress and adjust strategies.
• Promote innovation, sustainability, and resilience in infrastructure development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to foster professional growth and high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
