Job Description

A groundbreaking opportunity on one of the Middle East s most ambitious entertainment projects is hiring a seasoned Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) to lead all strategic and operational aspects of the F&B division for a landmark, IP-driven theme park. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver world-class culinary experiences from the ground up.

Role Overview
This role will oversee F&B strategy, pre-opening project execution, and the ongoing operations of a large-scale, multi-outlet food and beverage program. The Director will lead a team of over 100 staff, ensuring delivery excellence, safety, guest satisfaction, and full compliance with international standards and IP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of F&B operations, including daily management of service, kitchen operations, inventory, and food safety.
• Guide pre-opening activities, including vendor coordination, equipment handovers, and operational readiness.
• Recruit, train, and develop a large multicultural team.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and licensing agreements.
• Drive cost control, innovation, guest experience, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Master s Degree preferred (e.g., MBA, Strategic Management).
• IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive (preferred).
• Certifications in Food Safety, HACCP, or F&B Management (highly desirable).
• Minimum 10 years experience in international theme park F&B operations.
• Experience working with international IP brands would be ideal.
