Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Director - Entertainment Strategy.

As the Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects and make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in developing and executing the overarching entertainment asset class strategy to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision, and objectives.
2. Oversee the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offerings and financial targets.
3. Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts to be integrated into Qiddiya's entertainment strategy; understand value propositions, prepare high-level feasibility assessments, and develop high-level implementation roadmaps.
4. Manage contracted consultants, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall vision, objectives, and business expectations.
5. Develop and lead analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centers, etc.) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making.
6. Develop initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and provide implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
7. Prepare and present materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals, and proper presentation of design and related content.
8. Establish and monitor key assets' KPIs covering development, business, financial, and operational plans to ensure proper evaluation of processes, content, and contracted consultants.

Requirements
