Job description

Support the Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in developing and executing the overall entertainment asset class strategy to achieve the portfolio and assets' ambitions, vision, and objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offerings and financial targets.
  2. Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts, understanding their value proposition, conducting high-level feasibility assessments, and creating implementation roadmaps.
  3. Manage contracted consultants, IP licensors, and third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall vision, objectives, and business expectations.
  4. Develop and lead analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centers, etc.) and strategic topics to support decision-making.
  5. Develop initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, providing support to other Qiddiya functions.
  6. Prepare and present materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals, and proper presentation of design and content.
  7. Establish and monitor KPIs for assets covering development, business, financial, and operational plans to evaluate progress and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy or related fields.
