Job description

Overview:

Lead the organization’s corporate communications strategy to strengthen brand positioning, deliver cohesive and strategic communication, and effectively engage internal and external stakeholders. The role spans media relations, executive visibility, digital engagement, internal communications, CSR messaging, and crisis management, ensuring all communications reflect and support the company’s strategic direction and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead corporate communication strategies aligned with brand identity and business goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal, external, and stakeholder-facing touchpoints.
  • Oversee executive communications and media relations.
  • Manage internal communications to drive employee engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Lead crisis and reputation management planning and response.
  • Supervise content and engagement across social media platforms and the corporate website.
  • Promote CSR initiatives through targeted communication campaigns.
  • Plan and execute corporate events and executive-level engagements.
  • Drive digital communication strategy using innovative tools and data-driven content.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR, strategy, and marketing to ensure unified and compliant messaging.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing communications team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
