Job Description

Your leadership will be key in shaping our reporting strategy, optimizing performance metrics, and driving accountability throughout the organization. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution, making this a highly impactful role within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive controls and reporting frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of project and program reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting cycles.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on reporting findings.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and compliance through training and mentorship.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of high-quality reporting to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, project management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in controls, financial reporting, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Proven experience in leading reporting functions within a complex organizational environment
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in reporting software and data analysis tools
