Qualifications

• 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة التدريب أو إشراف البرامج الأكاديمية.
• خبرة في برامج دبلوم منظمة من قبل TVTC مفضلة.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Diploma Supervisor to join our growing team in the Eastern Region (Dammam), Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for Diploma Supervisors in the following specialties:

Job Main Purpose

The Diploma Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery and quality assurance of diploma programs within Tharwah Academy in the Dammam branch. This role ensures academic excellence, program compliance, instructor coordination, student follow-up, and administrative accuracy in alignment with the Academy’s strategic vision and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Academic & Administrative Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day delivery of diploma programs and ensure alignment with Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and institutional standards.
• Monitor class schedules, attendance records, and ensure timely issuance of grades, certificates, and academic records.
• Coordinate with trainers/instructors to ensure content alignment, training quality, and engagement strategies.
• Track and follow up on student performance, feedback, and attendance to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Support the registration and onboarding process of diploma students, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of reports and documentation required by regulators (e.g., TVTC).
• Facilitate regular meetings with faculty and staff to align on academic objectives, operational improvements, and student support.
• Identify opportunities for academic enhancements and recommend updates to curriculum and delivery tools.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all diploma programs comply with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
• Conduct periodic audits on teaching quality, learning outcomes, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to support internal and external audits.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain effective communication with:

• Academy Director and Senior Management
• Faculty and Training Consultants
• Registration and Student Support Teams
• External regulatory bodies and accreditation partners (e.g., TVTC)
• Students and guardians (when applicable)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\’s preferred
• 3+ years of experience in training administration or academic program supervision.
• Experience with diploma programs regulated by TVTC is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of academic regulations, program reporting, and student services management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Training Manager (CTM) or equivalent
• TVTC Trainer License advantage
