JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Work on physical execution of Digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with Site’s production/Engineering stakeholders to implement hardware/software changes that support the digital transformation agenda.
• Develop software applications to communicate with hardware on the site.
• Integrate pre-existing software modules with new components.
• Perform upgrades on existing software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity issues.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of various software systems.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software related to the site’s digital infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal factory stakeholders during the design and implementation of digital transformation projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution with hardware and software tools.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Computer Science/Mechatronics or a similar field, with 0-2 years of experience in Software Development, Manufacturing, or Automation.

Skills

• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Experience in programming (e.g., .NET/C# or Python).
• Basic understanding of computer networks/IP addressing and network hardware.
• Basic electrical wiring and cabling knowledge.
• Experience in developing complex software components and debugging object-oriented programming languages.
• Self-motivated to learn from online resources.
