You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to ensure successful integration of digital tools and platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

• Leading digital transformation initiatives across the real estate division.
• Identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and data integration.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Designing and implementing digital tools, dashboards, and platforms that improve project execution and decision-making.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
