About the Role

The Digital Transformation Director is a senior leadership role responsible for spearheading the organizations digital evolution. The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, harness digital technologies, and drive cultural and operational change across the organization. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of AI-driven decision-making, logistics, and warehouse management technologies, and be able to integrate solutions like LFS with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and lead a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals
• AI & Analytics Enablement: Utilize AI to drive predictive insights, efficiency, and continuous improvement across departments
• Digital Technology Integration: Oversee implementation of digital platforms (e.g., LFS) and integration with enterprise systems such as MS Dynamics 365 for real-time operations and financial visibility
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-departmental digital initiatives, ensuring change readiness and on-time execution
• Innovation Champion: Promote a culture of digital innovation, agility, and collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Cybersecurity & Infrastructure: Work closely with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and resilient digital environments
• Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage technology partners and solution providers to ensure quality and cost-effective implementation
• Performance Measurement: Track and report impact of digital programs on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• Significant experience in leading digital transformation programs within logistics or similar complex environments.
• Proven success in implementing warehouse solutions and integrating them with ERP systems.
• Experience in aligning digital strategies with broader business goals and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (WMS, ERP, Data Platforms).
• AI proficiency to inform and improve operational decisions.
• Sound knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and infrastructure design.
