Position Objective:

This role leads large-scale transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment across departments to achieve business goals.

The Digital Consultant as Senior Manager will drive and lead the digitalisation roadmap, including IT Infrastructure and Big Data Department, Technology Operations Centre, Network and Peripherals, and High-Performance Computing (HPC), which includes (Parallel Processing, High-Speed Interconnects, Large-Scale Resources, Specialised Software) in the Data Centre.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Leading HPC-related projects (e.g., Data Centre and HPC Strategy Development).
• Managing infrastructure for HPC, including networks and peripherals.
• Integrating HPC into the digitalisation roadmap to support high-performance tasks like Big Data analytics.
• Develop and Manage Digitalisation Strategic Roadmap:
• Create a comprehensive roadmap outlining initiatives, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Define short- and long-term goals through clear strategy documents.
• Design plans for technology adoption and integration.
• Formulate implementation strategies for new initiatives.
• Lead Major Transformation and High Performance Computing Programs:
• Oversee the execution of major initiatives, including HPC projects like Data Centre and HPC Strategy Development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, IT specialists, vendors, and stakeholders, for seamless delivery.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks in complex programs.
• Support and Facilitate Strategic Alignment:
• Align Digitalisation Division strategies with overarching business objectives.
• Conduct performance and impact assessments of strategies.
• Implement risk management and mitigation plans.
• Lead workshops and training to support strategy execution.
• Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Engage stakeholders across Tahakom to secure buy-in and collaboration.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting:
• Define and track departmental and program-level KPIs.
• Deliver progress reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement areas.
• Refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Executive Reporting:
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain visually compelling dashboards reflecting initiative statuses.
• Provide data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Ad Hoc Strategic Support and Consulting:
• Offer advisory support for activities like executive presentations and annual planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Engineering, combined with an MBA, is highly recommended.
• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, technology sectors, governmental industry, High Performance Computing initiatives, digital transformation, or program management.
• Expertise in High Performance Computing initiatives, projects, strategy development, and technology initiatives.
• Expertise in BIG DATA, AI, Computing, IT Infra, Data Centre.
• Strong program management skills, including risk and opportunity management.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects in large-scale transformations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate).
• Familiar with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall).
• Skilled in research, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive under shifting priorities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to foster trust and consensus.
