Job description

We are looking for a Digital Strategy Manager To execute IT digital initiatives that align with the company's business objectives. Develop & maintain Enterprise Architecture framework. In addition, to lead PMO related to IT & Digital projects. Ensures alignment with the company objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and refresh digital transformation strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO framework to manage the company's IT/Digital projects, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Follow-up on all IT/Digital projects, including monitoring project status, completion percentages, and milestone achievements.
  • Manage project budgets and contracts with external vendors who provide support for the organization, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Review project charters, stakeholder statements, and all PMO statements for IT/Digital projects to ensure alignment with the company's objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversees the development of project management tools, templates, and processes to support the PMO and project teams.
  • Manage a team of project managers, business analysts, and project coordinators to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the PMO and individual projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Digital Transformation Director and executive team on the status of IT/Digital projects, PMO performance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in the company's strategic planning process, providing input on how digital transformation can support and enable the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the PMO, encouraging team members to explore new technologies, share knowledge, and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including D&T, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT/Digital projects with other systems and processes.
  • Develop and manage the PMO budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support the company's strategic priorities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and digital transformation, and share insights and recommendations with the Digital Transformation Director and executive team.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by the needs of the work and as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework).
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital transformation strategies
  • Strong background in IT, digital technologies, or business transformation
  • Excellent project management and PMO leadership skills
  • Ability to align digital initiatives with corporate objectives
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Proven experience in architecture governance and solution design.
