As a Digital Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving product success by translating business needs into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product aligns with market demands, meets customer expectations, and delivers measurable business value.

What You’ll Do
  1. Strategic Alignment: Manage and optimize the product backlog to ensure continuous alignment with the product vision, roadmap, and priorities, maximizing product and business value.
  2. Requirement Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to gather and translate business and user needs within scaled agile frameworks.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with strategy, design, development, and testing teams to ensure shared understanding of value and priorities.
  4. Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and refine the backlog based on value, dependencies, and risks, adjusting as needed.
  5. Backlog Refinement: Facilitate breaking down features into manageable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure buy-in and support.
  7. Decision Making: Use business needs, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to support informed decisions.
  8. Continuous Delivery: Support practices that enable faster time-to-market and improved product quality.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within scaled Agile.

What You Bring
  1. 7+ years of experience in enterprise digital initiatives, software development, or related IT projects, in roles such as Product Owner.
  2. Experience with CMS platforms like Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or others.
  3. Salesforce experience preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of enterprise digital platforms (CRM, ERP, PIM systems).
  5. Familiarity with data interchange, APIs, and digital customer journeys.
  6. Knowledge of business process definition and functional areas like Commerce, Marketing Automation, Content Strategy, Personalization, Customer Service.
  7. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  8. Proven experience as a Product Owner, managing backlogs, writing user stories, leading refinement, and delivering iteratively.
  9. Experience in scaled agile environments, familiar with frameworks like SAFe, PI planning, ART syncs.
  10. Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO/CSPO preferred.
  11. Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
  12. UAT and testing experience preferred.
