Job summary

Worley invites an experienced Digital Solutions Lead Consultant to drive digital transformations across energy sectors, including oil & gas and power. You will shape solution design, architecture and advisory support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated OT/IT platforms.

You will guide data architecture, analytics and automation initiatives, leveraging IoT, digital twins and APM to realise value for clients while aligning with Worley’s standards and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Track record supporting the delivery of complex digital programmes including solution creation, configuration, testing, integration, implementation and scaling.
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead large digital transformations within oil & gas, power, energy or related industries.
• Support solution definition, digital strategy, automation, digital twin, APM, OT transformation, data-driven operational improvements.
• Engage with clients and build trusted relationships across business, operations and IT teams.
• Deliver digital solution delivery, data architecture, information management and technology-enabled business.
• Work with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, historians and enterprise IT systems (ERP, CMMS, MES).
• Identify risks and support practical decisions to improve delivery outcomes and protect Worley’s reputation.
• Facilitate workshops and present to stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear messages.
