About The Role

As a DigitalProductionManager, you’ll be the key link between our clients, content creators, and internal teams. You’ll lead UGC-driven campaigns from concept through to final video delivery, ensuring smooth workflows, timely production, and top-tier quality. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment and knows how to manage video shoots like a pro.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for UGC and branded video campaigns – from kickoff to final delivery
  • Coordinate video shoots for clients, including scheduling, location scouting, talent coordination, and logistics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are aligned
  • Work closely with creators, editors, strategists, and account managers to ensure content meets brand objectives
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and scopes
  • Source, vet, and onboard UGC creators or influencers as needed
  • Track project performance using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com and ensure timelines stay on course
  • Handle any production hiccups with a cool head and creative problem-solving
  • Maintain excellent communication across all stakeholders – internal and external

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in media production
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Previous experience in handling social media platforms and social media strategies
