Digital Product Innovation & E-Health Department Manager Nahdi

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and Guest needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements and prioritize features.
• Lead discussions and work alongside stakeholders in Marketing, Commercial, Operational Excellence, Clinics Business teams, and IT to streamline requirement gathering and assessment.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, managing risks and issues related to product development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development decisions.

Product Analytics:

• Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to conduct product analysis and generate insights for product development decisions.
• Define key performance indicators and success criteria for digital products and services in the roadmap.
• Monitor product performance and Guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Agile Development:

• Work closely with agile delivery leads and UX/UI resources to ensure successful product releases.
• Ensure product requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and understood by all technical teams.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure product design and functionality meet Guest needs and expectations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide feedback to improve product development processes.
• Drive innovation initiatives to enhance the Guest experience and create new opportunities to connect Nahdi's Omnichannel and Omnihealth offerings as a gateway of health.
• Develop and implement innovation processes to identify, prioritize, and test new digital products and services.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the Guest experience.

Project Management:

• Coordinate with internal parties to gather requirements for online initiatives in NahdiCare Clinics.
• Negotiate and supervise cooperation with external agencies to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor the efficiency of all project stages to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage expectations and relations with all internal stakeholders.

Department Management:

• Contribute to the development and update of SOPs, SLAs, and processes within the department, ensuring internal control and documentation.
• Develop and monitor team KPIs aligned with department SMART objectives, providing feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals to support employee development.

Employee duties are not limited to the above and may include other responsibilities as assigned.

• Working Days: 5 days/week
• Days Off: 2 days/week
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• PM certification is an asset.

Education:

• Total 11 years of experience, with at least 7 years in digital product management and 3 years in ecommerce/omnichannel platforms. Healthcare industry exposure is a plus.

Experience:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowplow.
