Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for various channels

Conduct market and audience research to inform media planning
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Set up and manage media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams for engaging visuals
Ensure proper tracking by implementing tags, pixels, and conversion events
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creative assets for optimal results
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and engagement metrics
Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance effectiveness
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign data to assess performance against KPIs
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations

Saudi National
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT or equivalent
2+ years of experience in performance media management or related roles
Strong expertise in media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance media campaigns to achieve business goals
Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, or similar platforms are highly desirable
