Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory lead generation plan, meet/ exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Learn and adopt the customer centric selling technique as the foundation for all sales processes and practice
- Effectively apply the principle of customer generic selling to determine prospectively customer needs.
- Track and manage lead and opportunity information via sales automation software.
- Participate fully in meeting, training sessions, individual professional development and skill buildings
- Research the market
- Design campaigns online using all sort of platforms (google adds words, Facebooks, social media ,e mail)
- Work on the hospital website content development and SEO
- Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for patients and families.
- Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Marketing
