Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide deep insights into user behavior and conversion paths.
  • Develop and maintain customized dashboards and reports (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Track and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Retention.
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and media buyers to ensure campaign readiness and consistency.
  • Execute A/B tests and analyze results to inform future decisions.
  • Collaborate with external marketing vendors or agencies when needed.
  • Optimize customer digital journey and suggest improvements for higher conversion.
  • Ensure tracking tools (Pixel, GTM, Appsflyer) are correctly implemented and integrated with campaigns and platforms.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Solid understanding of paid ads platforms and performance measurement tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (creative, content, external vendors).
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Previous experience in subscription-based businesses or e-commerce is a plus.
